A little bit of self belief…

Hello and welcome to the year of 2019. We are firmly in January,  which leads to my next blog.

I thought I’d blog about something which I firmly believe in, live by and practice . I do hope from my heart that you as readers will take something from this and take 2019 by storm, learn to love yourself and embrace the law of attraction. 
So mindset is a real passion of mine and being in the right mindset of positivity and being focused is a real life changer.  The bottom line is simply “thought process “. 
Let me explain – Our mind works in frequency,  we have millions of thoughts that enter and leave our mind.  But what we really need to tune into is the depth of thought. Take a moment and ask yourself “what am I thinking right now?”…. does it hold purpose? Does it make you feel happy? Does it hold value to your life? 
I like to think that our minds and thoughts are magnetic frequencies, thoughts are real, thoughts may then bad or good are the reality of our present life. If  we think positive then we will attract positivity on the flip if we think negative then we attract negativity. Easy said right?. Like if we wake up in a negative mood you know your going to stub yoir toe , burn your toast abs get every bloody red light, if you wake up and be aware of positivity then your day will start off great. I always make an effort to align myself and tell myself something I’m grateful for before getting out of bed. Putting into every day practice is a little harder and does take time to adjust and tinker with your mindset. 
 To create a positive mindset we must be always aware of our thoughts and be in tune with our minds. This is where the magic really does happen, it’s  a journey of self indulgence which is OK!  To work on yourself to train your mind takes time and a conscious effort. But after time will become a flow of energy and second nature.
When negative thoughts come into our mind – we must not acknowledge them. Try to flip them into a positive and visit your “mindful matters bank”…. mindful matters bank is something I like to use on myself and it’s a simple step of shifting the negativity.  Have a think of things ,songs, memories anything that brings you to alignment and back to a positive mind. You can add to your “bank” throughout your life that’s the beauty of it. If it helps write them down or save to your phone in notes. 
The thing about life is that we create our own, thinking positive,  self care and manifesting our hopes , wishes and desires feels strange right?  If your just coming into this process it feels alien because your probably used to self doubt and in the thought process of “good things don’t happen”. I want you to change this and list a few things you want to happen – by this I mean really visualise this, picture yourself in your mind that it’s happening , take consideration of how your feeling , what are you wearing , who is around you, noises , what do you look like . This could be in your dream house, driving your dream car, on a holiday , in a relationship,  anything…. that you want to happen. I want you to visualise this all the time!!!! Trust in the universe , in your mind and the frequency you will transmit will attract back to you! 
I’d like to ask you to take part in positive practice!  I do this every year on new years eve….
Take a jar,  write as many as you like; your wishes hopes  and desires for 2019. It can be anything for example read more books,  take a weekly long candle lit bath,  learn to knit, have more date nights. Anything!!! Once you have acknowledged and popped in the jar it has become real! Now the hard part is to act , believe and achieve.  You can do the big reveal next new years eve and just see how your life has changed.

From my personal experience this has worked. I really do believe in my dreams and manifest them to happen.  I wouldn’t be where I am now in my farming life and business as well as my personal life. 
Your life can always be a blank canvas at any point. But only you can change the way you live, think , feel and believe.  Start your homework within, dig deep and learn to love and believe in yourself.
