Nanna Warren Cake

Our recipe of the month has been sent to us by Crazy Farm Wife Cindy Dyke who has shared her families famous Nanna Warren Cake recipe!


12oz self raising flour

9oz sultanas

6oz sugar

6oz margarine

3 eggs

6 tbsp milk

Splash of vanilla

Beat together the sugar and margarine

Stir in beaten eggs and flour, mix thoroughly.

Add fruit and stir in.

Bake at 160 degrees. If the mixture is split into 2 loaf tins then bake for approx 30 mins. Bake for a bit longer for a whole cake. For Splats (as seen in picture), put ice cream scoop sized blobs onto baking trays and bake for approx 12-15 mins or until golden.
